Ah, if it were that simple. Even after thirty years in the business, everyday is a new experience. I find the challenges exciting and rewarding. It is extremely satisfying when achieving the goals of my client. Whether it be selling your home due to a job transfer, perhaps you have outgrown it or are downsizing, or misfortune has fallen upon you and you have been given the dubious task of handling an estate, each must be dealt with differently. This holds true with purchasing as well. Every client comes in with a wish list, it is our job to fulfill those desires as best we can within their budget. Real Estate entails being more than just a conduit to the selling or buying of property. We are accountants, bankers, counselors, general contractors, engineers or any other profession that may be required to ease the minds of our client. Not being an eight to five job, it is imperative that you find the right agent. I have the experience and tenacity to follow through with whatever it takes to bring the deal to a happy conclusion.
